Dan grew up in upper New York State and came to the Philadelphia area for college. He attended Philadelphia College of Bible (Now Cairn University) where he earned bachelor’s degrees in Bible and music. Upon graduation, he married Emily. They have four children and three grandchildren.
Dan continued his education at Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, PA and earned his Master of Divinity, a Master’s in Biblical Counseling and his Doctorate in Ministry. His doctoral dissertation was on the subject of turning around struggling ministries.
Dan has pastored three churches in over 40 years of pastoral ministry. Each church was a turnaround ministry. He is currently senior pastor at his third church, Calvary Baptist Church in Bristol, PA.
Over the years, Dan has enjoyed serving the Lord as a conference and retreat speaker as well as serving on various denominational and parachurch boards. He has taught as an adjunct professor at colleges and seminaries. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at Cairn University. Dan enjoys hobbies of reading, walking, traveling, watching baseball and all types of renovation projects.

Jeff and Sue Duffield, inspirational musicians for over 40 years make it their mission to musically bridge the widening gaps of music styles. Jeff, a session keyboardist and arranger, has backed artists such as Anita Bryant, Dave Boyer, Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, Doug Oldham, and John Starnes.
Sue, widely known for her vocal ability, is also a passionate songwriter, comedic speaker, former Oldies Radio DJ and author. Her stories are featured in John C. Maxwell’s book, “Everyone Communicates Few Connect”. Sue’s songs are currently heard in over 37 nations on international radio. She is also an advocate and fundraiser for abused and exploited women and children with ChildFund International. Her book, “Suebiquitous - A Humorous Travelog of an Unfiltered Saint”, continues to rise in popularity in faith & humor publishing. Her podcast “Suebiquitous” acclaims over 10,000 subscribers. They also perform LIVE every Thursday night at 8pm CDT on “Couch to Kitchen with the Duffields”, a virtual broadcast, featuring Oldies and Hymns, live streaming on YouTube, Facebook, twitter and their website. The Duffields have appeared on the Nashville NOW TV Network, The Huckabee Show, CTVN of Pittsburgh, Prison Fellowship Conferences, Rotary International, NASCAR’s MRO (Motor Racing Outreach) and Raymond James Prayer Breakfasts. Jersey kids, Jeff and Sue, married in 1974, traveled with the Sammy Hall Singers of Sevierville, TN and have been full time musicians ever since.
