Summer staff position for teenagers 15 and older to help with serving, dishwashing, maintenance and program. The focus of youth ministry at Montrose Bible Conference is to raise up Godly young leaders. CREW is a unique summer program for students age15+ who desire employment with a mentoring emphasis. CREW is for young adults who are serious about growing in Christ, who want to impact their world. You’ll learn a lot about yourself, God, working on a team, and how to use your gifts to serve others. You receive a free week at Teen Camp, then a cash stipend each week plus room and board.
